Dr. Seuss is one of the most well known childrens author of all time. The way that he uses his ryhming words, crazy situation and pictures seems to draw all different types of students to his work. When I was growing up my favorite story by him was The Foot Book, in this story it's all about feet, black feet, white feet, fury brown feet. Feet, feet, feet how many feet can you meet. My sisters and I use to run around the house repeating this over and over.
As I was looking around for information on Dr. Seuss I found his website. http://www.seussville.com/ As soon as you enter the URL you are greeted by the cat in the hat, just one of many of Seuss crazy characters. On this website you will find information about him, different games, color pages, events that are being held and much more. This would be a good website to get different fun activities for students off of. If you have a chance, check it out!
