The Napping House is a cute story by Audrey and Don Wood. This is a story about a granny who goes to bed and is joined by a cat, dog, mouse and many other creatures. This story would be great for a read aloud because of how you can create enthusiasm when you are reading different parts of this story. The illustrations are wonderfully represent the different parts of the story and what is taking place. This is a story that I will have in my classroom library!
